The problem we set out to solve
Modern sales teams reach customers across email, WhatsApp, and phone — but their CRM was built for just one of those channels. Switching between a dialer, an email tool, a WhatsApp app, and a spreadsheet wasn't a workflow problem. It was a lost-deal problem.
We started building TinTorch after watching a sales team lose a $40,000 deal because a follow-up fell through the cracks between three different tools. The contact was in Salesforce, the WhatsApp thread was in a personal phone, and the email draft was in Gmail. Nobody knew who owned the next step.
That team needed one place for every touchpoint. So we built it.
